Bubi: Good to hear from yo

Good to hear from you Mike. I always know exactly what to write to get you to pipe up, right? Reasonable people can disagree on these rankings, but Syracuse did just lose AT HOME to Pitt by DOUBLE DIGITS. I understand the Kansas-Cornell analogy by we all know Kansas would beat Cornell 9 out of 10 times. That’s the definition of a fluke. Can we say that about Pitt-Cuse? I don’t think so. Let me see more and then I will adjust accordingly. As for West Virginia and Villanova, I’ve had them 1-2 in that order since October and I see no reason to change that right now. Nova losing to Temple in one of those crazy Big 5 games (where upsets are commonplace) doesn’t upset the apple cart in my mind. Again, it’ll all play out. I actually enjoyed Boeheim’s postgame after Seton Hall, even his potshot at the media about OOC schedule strength (at least the quotes were interesting and usable). Much better than the normal blah-blah-blah you get from a lot of the other guys. Bitter, the point about last year’s Big East is how it was the deepest league ever. Obviously no league was better at the top than those mid-80s Big Easts.

This makes it a very hassle-free program to use. You can also retain an where somebody will operate the link building software for you. Using an Xrumer Service really makes obtaining excellent SEO results easy. Xrumer can be very costly to own as it costs $500, but it highly recommended you have a dedicated server as well. This can usually cost $150-$200 monthly. Using an Xrumer service is really a less expensive route to take. Make sure you are getting top quality work when you choose to use an Xrumer service. You want to be able to verify your inbound links, so make sure you get a report. The Xrumer service you utilize should be able to provide you with this. If they will not provide you with this, then you definitely should get someone else for your Xrumer needs. You also want to make sure that there aren’t any broken links. If the forum doesn’t not allow HTML or certain types of anchor-text, then you’ll have many broken links. This certainly does nothing for your SEO rankings, and it is only a waste of time. While Xrumer is very good, there are many individuals who do not make any promises about the amount of posts you will receive. If you find someone who will guarantee their work with Xrumer for a reasonable price, then you should really make the most of that Xrumer service. You’ll then know that you are getting the links you deserve. There are many companies who offer a Xrumer service who offer a couple of hundred thousand forum posts or blog comments. This is great, however the the fact is many of these will not even get accepted. The rate of success for this type of Xrumer blast is usually around 4%. Then out of those many of them are not even live on the web. If you want to find a trustworthy Xrumer service, make sure they guarant

Dahrann: so many things…

so many things…having lived here there and everywhere…but most of all I love the people. Like the nice guy at Target the first week I lived here by myself with a newborn and a three year old, who not only offered but insisted on carrying the new carseat to the front of the store. The HEB clerks that aruged with me when #3 was in the cooker that really they MUST carry my groceries out and unload the cart for me. Really? Well, okay then. Thanks! The sweet folks that invite us to Bible studies, picnics, Easter egg hunts and seem to truly like that we’re part of their world. The nice folks that bring food for WEEKS!! when new babies arrive. Where else would a stranger come up to you in a major airport just becuase they recognize your kids t-shirt from the local gym, and then inivite you to MOPS to make sure you get to know folks quickly and aren’t lonely in a strange town when you’ve just moved in?I also love the bluebonnets, wildflowers, really old trees, the critters of all shapes and sizes, most of which make no sense to me (I even love the ones that scare me like giant stickbugs), the wind, and the blue blue sky. The extrem

Greta: . I also particularl

. I also particularly liked the capther organization of summarizing the capther goals, presenting the material, summary and then presentation of a skill-building summary for both the new SE and the experienced SE. The book tackles pretty much each aspect of a predictable SE’s life from what type of person does it take and why do we do this? What do I need to do to be successful? What resources should I call upon? When? How? When & how to use executives. How to control corporate resources be they product management, engineering, technological support, marketing, or external resources such as partners. I thought the section on crossing over to the dark side’ was particularly relevant and accurate as it covers the risks, the rewards and the reality of whether this is a touch that an SE should consider or not and more importantly, why or why not? The book covers all the standard stuff very comprehensively from the sales process itself, presentation skills & techniques, objection and competition handling plus the realities of how to manage the sale to avoid the pitfalls of demos, succumbing to technological trials & evaluations or being driven by your competitor’s agenda. All brilliant material and covered well with real war tales. Whilst this isn’t the cheapest book on the subject, I’d beyond

Leaidan: There are lots of wa

There are lots of ways to build this app. In fact, we were just talking to a customer about building something query refinement by phrase suggestion, which is very similar technically. My fave implementation of this idea is scirus.com (by FAST and Elsevier) which gives you suggestions in “refine your search”.First, do significant phrase extraction. You can either do this per query result set (very expensive, but much better results if you have enough results) or statically (perhaps with updates). Best is to do it versus some background corpus (e.g. Wikipedia), but plain old collocation extraction is OK. Then index the phrases along with the tweets. At run time, when you search, you pull back the sig phrases in the tweets as well as the results, so you get a set of tweets and a tweet-phrase relation. You could either do some kind of fancy dynamic-programming optimization to get an optimal partition by phrase according to some metric (diversity/coherence — see below), or you could just report the top few results and accept some redundancy (realizing that a phrase appearing in all or most hits isn’t useful in organizing results). The real trick for this application is optimizing diversity (low similarity among the clusters) and high coherence (high similarity of tweets within a cluster). Right now, tweemotif’s not doing a very good job of this (clusty.com also has issues — it’s a tough problem). Another thing you might consider for tweetmotif is restricting results to phrases like noun phrases; getting “by the black” is wrong phrasally for a search on the band “Black Keys”, and plain old “-” is just wrong, which I got as a term for search ‘Raveonettes’. And “flu” pulled back “h1n1 flu”, “swine flu”, and “ca
